Which engineering field will have the best scope after 4 years?

Answer:
MECH RULES!!
Electrical or Civil Enginnering
I would probably say Biomedical engineering.
mechanical
If you mean the general Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / Biological etc. engineering degrees, I would say any one is just as promising as the others. All of the fields rely on the others. As long as we need Civil engineers, we'll need electrical and mechanical engineers. If you're planning on a 4 year degree, do what you think is interesting because it takes a good deal of commitment to get through any of them.
Electrical and Electronics Engineering definately

the main problem we gonna face in future is power crisis and energy crisis n hence Electrical Engineers will be in demand

Civil,Mech and other core fields also hav good future

In any engineering u need 2 apply ur knowledge n serve for betterment of the society

Actually C.SE. and I.T are not Engineering 2 say but comes under infomatics section.I.T and C.S.E engineers 2day are doin drudging work which may be saturated in future.ur job future if u can maintain n get continous projects.

i'am ofcourse proud to be a Electrical Engineering undergraduate
AIRCRAFT ENGINEERING. field is best scope .
civil
since very new buildings arise with new improved techies...
mechanical
since new car n mobike industries arise very often...
electrical n electronics
even dis has its own demand...

but definitely not IT...
ECE-Electronics &communication. Some may say to go to electrical side but there are less job opportunities. If you prefer ECE you can go to either of the fields.
CIVIL-There are less number of civil enggineers at present so there are more job opportunities for it.
it's all about taking the subject/branch that u like.it's u who is going to study that course.take the branch which u like and find interesting.coz...what vil u do if u do not like that branch after 3-4 mnths.think...you know what...the first engg. collg. in INDIA had only mech. and civil. ECE ,CSE,IT came later...So whatever u take study it with interest and study hard.It will automatically create a big scope for u.ALL THE BEST.
It will be Bio Medical engineering and Genitic Engineering
in my opinion it deponds on which country do you live?
Electrical, Mechanical and Chemical all have pretty good scope. It's extremely important that you pick one that you love to do. Do you love chemistry? You'd better if you pick Chemical. Do you love electricity and complexity? Necessary for Electrical. Mechanisms and structures? Mechanical.
it depends on ur intrst.
right from ur schooling u'll having some intrst on partclr sbjct, develop it n try identify which engg course offrs it.
even if u dont hav any idea reg tat.
think of ur Career goal r ambition slct de Stream accdg to tat. it 'll help u a lot.
mechanical

why?..cause its mother of all engineering..but still its upto u..

at present if u do BEmech starting salary is less compared to what u get it IT..but with coming of automotive majors frm outside the nation may do magic..

what u do must not be because of the current trend,..do it as it would as per your interest..cause thats what is going to be your bread n butter for life..

my best wishes

"oppurtunities always come disguised as hardwork-einstein"
Material engineering of course..just like my professor said.."There is no technology without material"... ^^
Chemical. It is so vast, highly paid, and in demand..
multiple fields that can be worked in..
It all depends on what you like...
If you are top notch... you can work for EXXON.. haha

Seriously, I'd only pick Chemical or Mechanical. They are the most diverse! Depending on what you like.

Bio=(just a specialized chemical) no demand
Civil=don't pay that much (specialized mechanical)
Aero=jobs are hear and there (specialized mechanical)
Electrical=limited
Industrial= a dime a dozen = if you can't make it in the above, you go to this
