My rank in aieee is 79226(AIR) and 1384(uttarakhand).will I get any good engineering college in counselling?

You may not get a good engineering college with such a rank, but you can try because your rank is not bad considering the lakhs of students who give AIEEE. I don't mean to demoralize you. What I mean to say is that you can get admission to a reasonably good college, but not the top good colleges.

definately you will get admission in a good college,but you need to leave your home town.
if you are invited for the central councelling then go for it , if not you can follow any of the following three:
1) you can go for ANSAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,the institue is offering 4 year mechanical,computer,electrical & intrumental engineering in which 2 years at AIT gurgoan and for next 2 years you will be sent to foreign university with a scholarship .It is a great line for stundents aspiring for brighter future.they have exellent placements.
2) AMITY INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY is another one ,I is a misconseption that this institute works monopoly ,there are very good placement.yes they have higher fees but you can give entrance test and get 100 percent scholorship.
3)or drop for an year get restarted for a better future .
