Well, a cable splicer allows you to split cable between televisions (although no one here would do that as it is illegal).
i don't know what you looking for i my self have splice conveyor belt's in a foundry belt splicing put two end's together
Old workshops used to transmit power from a large central motor to individual machines (circular saws, etc.) by long leather belts and a series of pulleys. The ends of the belts were joined (spliced) for example with heavy duty staples along the entire width of the belt that were joined without overlap for smooth transmission. A belt splicer would splice such a belt. Conveyor belts would also need to be spliced.
