Which engineers are demanded in USA very much?

Electrical then computer engineers are needed most. This is true for Fed. govt. definately. Dept. of commerce gives $9K signing bonus to electrical or computer engineers and only $4K to other scientific/engineering disciplines. Outside of the government, Civil engineers may be the most demanded in some regions of US.

Demands are never constant. Every field has its highs and lows. With private firms, it doesn't take very much to go from hiring to firing mode.
I'd suggest doing some research on monster.com. Do a keyword search on specific branches of engineering. The number of results will tell you which branches currently have the most openings. This information will likely be quite useless in predicting demand down the road.
