Remote control on/off circuitry using a walkie-talkie.?

I made a remote control using walkie talkies. I have almost enough voltage coming from a battery to activate a relay, and when I press the button on one walkie talkie, the other gives a burst of power from the speaker wires that activates the relay. After that, the relay stays on, but I want to be able to turn it back off by sending the signal again. The relay takes about 10 volts, and the speaker from the walkie talkies gives less than one volt. How would I be able to make the circuit so that the first extra burst from the speaker turns the circuit on, and a second turns it off?

Answer:
You need 2 relays.
Look at the hand sketch I made:
http://www.east-west-exchange.com/relayf...
The first relay "A" comes on and off depending on the talk button on the sending unit.
While nothing happened, its CO contact has enabled capacitor "C" to charge via "R2". When relay "A" switches, the full capacitor discharges through the relay "B" coil. Relay "B" comes on and holds itself via "R3" and its own contact. This condition remains also when the talk button is released. But that will cause relay "A" to drop and the capacitor "C" gets discharged via "R1".
Next time you press the talk button, relay "A" comes again, but this time puts a discharged capacitor across the relay "B" coil. This will cause relay "B" to drop.
From the on, the cycle can start again.
Basically, this is called a Flip-Flop, but in relay version.
As a guideline, the resistors should be
R1 = 10kOhm
R2 = 1.2 kOhm
R3 = 4.7 kOhm
C = 47 uF
But you have to play around, because it depends on the relay "B" and the voltage for driving "B" you will be using.
