Should i do btech with bio tech or civil or with chemical eng?

I'm not too sure I understand your question.

I'm going to guess this is a question on a double major, or a major/minor.

I can't endorse a civil engineering / chemical engineering double major because I don't see where they would both be useful, perhaps in industrial plants, or petroleum refineries, but they don't seem very much 'in common.' For civil I would suggest pairing with either mechanical or perhaps architectural subjects, if that interests you.
