How to draw a line at a certain distance in autocad?

Im trying to draw a square acre roughly 210.0 by 210.0

Answer:
L (enter)
click on beginning point of line. then,
@distance in the x direction, distance in the y direction (enter)

In your case, get one line done then use copy and rotate to put the other lines in. Its faster.

You have to have your units set to whatever units of measurement you are using.
Additionally, type in "units" to select what units (feet, meters etc) you want to use.
Lots of ways..

here's another

1) draw your first line.. anywhere anyplace starting at any point

2) draw a line 90degrees to either end...same distance.

3) copy the first line and move the copy to the end of the second.

4) Copy the second line and move that copy to the end of the first line.

presto.. a square.

or if you have a newer version you can just draw a square with a line of dimension equal to the square root of 43,560
