There is always someone who cares. Just communicate and let your family and friends know what is up with you. Do you have a church? Go to the Minister or Rabi or Priest. There is always someone to turn to. Good luck and keep your chin up.

I've burned all my bridges and there's no turning back because yesterday does not exist . . .for me. And, I wouldn't have it any other way. As for YOU, if you mean what should you do if you are lost and still have something to go back to, find a way back. Apologize. Grow up. Make amends. Clean up your act. Heal. Work harder. Make restitution. Whatever is the case. If there is nothing to get back to, then focus on the journey ahead with hope and courage.
