What does 1 cubic foot of water weigh?

Answer:
62.43 pounds
by definition, one cubic decimeter contains 1 liter water, which weighs 1 kilogram. one foot is 3.048 decimeters, so one cubic foot is 28.32 cubic decimeters, therefore 28.32 liters and 28.32kg. That is 62.93 American pounds. Insn't the metric sytem much easier?!
62.4 lb. approx.
