u can take in any college but please opt for a course u r interested in rather than the famous course. u can check out whether u r eligible for central counselling of ccb or not. i don't have the idea the admission process of ur university

You have a better chance of getting to an engineering college affiliated to AIEEE. But, try for both. No, one will be able to tell you with accuracy. Try your best.
