I would recommend AMIE(I) from Institution of Engineers(India), Calcutta, but if you feel it bit difficult to pass then you can opt for degree from Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Mumbai (AMIMechE)
There are numerous other institutes also, which offers such programs but none have this much reputation, recognisation all over the world, standard curriculum, timely examination, minimum fees, exam centres all over India & abroad, study material available.
But if you can afford more money, Institution of Mechanical Engineers(London) is also a good choice.
Moreover these all institutes will never interfere with your job also, so you can simultaneously earn & learn
Study eng in India. Write ur GRE & Toefl in ur second yr. Apply for MS abroad.
U can give AMIE which makes u at par with btech. degree , u can do it in INDIA , then for job either go to abroad and do ms or mtech , in india mtech. has very little value . Clg depends on ur choice.
