Answer:
If someone said "say about yourself," I would walk out due to the lack of grammar that they possess. I would not want to work for a company that employs an interviewer that has a basic lack of grammar.

When they ask you what your down fall or flaw is tell them sometimes you overstep your boundaries with other people because if you are working together on something that is going to have your name on it it has to be perfect.

Hi, from your question I would guess you were very young. The question is to get at your experience, or training in the field that you are interviewing for. Tell them everything you have done to prepare for their job. Don't mention your family, or your hobbies, unless they partain to the job. They want to know what you can do, that the next applicant cannot. So , if it's an Engineering position: mention your studies, your summer work, your building experience, etc. Good Luck.
