firstly tell you i am a B.Sc. (CMP group i.e. computer, math, physics) student and i want do work with related to inffrared ,GPS, robotics techniques. give me information about proper institution and fees structure in maharashtra.

You said that you are from B. Sc. with CMP group so you missed the bus to embedded systesms at grad school. I think you can go for Masters degree with Computer Science. and then try for M. tech or M. S. like things in embedded systems. These days institutions like BITS give some combined courses like BS+MS for computer science grads. Just try to get more info on this.

I don't know whether you will be allowed to take admission for M.Sc. Comp. Sc [known as MCS] but now Pune University offers embedded systems as optional subject there [though it's not specialization, it can be a starter for further study]. You can try specialization after getting Masters.

Study in Japanese University. They are good in robotics.
