Help with electric motor 10 pts?

i need help explaining how an electric motor ( using "D" cell battery, 2 paper clips, copper coil, and a magnet) meets these CA standards. please explain in your own words

5a: know how to predict the voltage or current in a simple direct current (DC)
5f: know magnetic materials and electric currents ( moving electric charges) are sources of magnetic fields and are subject to forces arising from the magnetic fields of other sources.
5g: students know how to determine the direction of a magnetic field produced by a current flowing in a straight wire or in a coil.
5j: know electric and magnetic fields containing energy and act as vector force shields

please help as much as you can and just explain the standards you know, but put the number and letter before explaining it.

thanks

Answer:
you are asking for the results of a semester of senior level electrical engineering research in a sentence? measuring a magnetic force and vector and predicting voltage generated requires way more math and physics than you are currently ready for.
I did this in school too, can't explain it tho... it just worked.
Go to howstuffworks.com and search for Electrical motors you will get some valuable information required
