My AIEEE ranking is 1,00000 and state ranking is 5020.what kind of colleges would/wouldnot be offered to me?

my board percentage is 87%.please suggest if ishould drop the idea of engineering and try to do something of my aptitude since my ranking is not so good that i get a good college??
