ECE stand for Electronics and Communication Engineering. Its a B.E major. You'll find ECE in every college offering Engineering degree. ECE always has scope. The requirement may vary from college to college. But the minimum is 60% in Maths, Physics, Chemistry from your 12th grade.

ECE--- Electrical and computer engineering.. and any accredited university offers at least some courses, but you may want to do an engineering search in the schools first
