How to do sizing for safety relief valve for pump working pressure 3400psig?

If the pump (Liquid medium) max flow rate is 2.4 GPM and what is the flow rate for the saftety relief valve?The end connection is 3/4" NPTM.

That's a high setpoint! I wouldn't worry too much about the flow rate of the relief valve...it will probably be able to flow at a far higher rate that 2.4 GPM. That being said, call the relief valve manufacturer, they should help you size the relief valve.
