Why particular pattern applied for designing of road, why vehicles travels from our right side.?

Answer:
If I recall correctly, In England and Japan, they drive on the left because of rules for swordsmanship. Being right-handed was the only way to be, and so you wanted to always keep your sword arm closest to your enemy. Thus, you wanted to be on the left.

In france, you keep to the right because Napoleon was left-handed, making it easier for him to reach out and touch people.

As for why we do it in America - people just decided to do that, I guess. I have never found out why.
As far as I know most sections of straight roads are crowned, meaning that the highest point is in the center and a slight slope to the sides. This stops rain water from accummulating on the road. Most curved sections of road are banked, meaning that the highest point is on one of the sides. The side that will be higher is usually the right side because it is usually the right side that must be closer to the edge, because we drive on right side of the road. The degree of banking changes with the sharpness of the curve. I cannot think of a scenario in which the left side of the road would be banked except one way road turning right.
I'm not entirly sure why we drive on the right side of the road, but I think it has something to do with the fact that 90% of people in US are right handed. Thats all I can come up with.
I hope you are not asking why not design a few roads to drive on left and others to drive on right, because it would be very messy. :)
While desighning the road we must take care about the centrifugal and centripital force acting on vehicles.which affects the stability of vehicals.
