How do they get the steel ball through the little hole, into the spray paint can?

They zap the ball with an atomic miniaturizer that makes the ball miniature for about 10 minutes. After it is put through the hole it goes back to its normal size.
They dont, its put in there before the can is welded together.
when you look at the bottom of a spray paint can carefully, you can notice that it is seamed. its like welded to the main body. even the top of the spray can is like this. therefore, THE BALL WENT INSIDE THE BODY BEFORE IT WAS FABRICATED.
it was just a small seed that was fertilized by the paint.While sitting on the store shelves it grew and harden into a steel ball.never able to reproduce the ball shakes up down and around to keep the paint mixed.
