How do construction workers remove cranes from tall buildings?

Lets say you build a 100 story building and the crane is on top. Once the building is built, how do the workers get the cranes off the top?

Answer:
very carefully...alright I'll tell you: they take it apart piece by piece and lower the pieces down. Sometimes they transport the smaller pieces with a helicopter. I have seen it done both ways.
Why, with a really tall crane, of course.

Just kidding. I am pretty sure they dismantle the crane and transport it in sections.
Very carefully ! They probably have to use a helicopter.
Answer. They're not really cranes.
Since the only thing they do is lift I-beams, elevators,
and cement buckets.
Whereas cranes roll with the waves.
