It is found that the drivers can easily manipulate the distance display and fare while pushing a tab so easily and manipulated the fare 300 times. as I belong to consumer organization, i intend to advise the authority proper method of sealing to prevent tampering so easily.Suggest fault proof methods

I would be amazed if there was not already a seal affixed to each meter. I think the problem is that there is no one checking whether that seal is intact. It is not the digital versus mechanical analog that is the problem. It is the lack of oversight that could detect tampering.
