In domestic electrical power supply can I use a fuse rated 5 Amps/230 VAC insted of 5 Amps/110 VAC ??

Answer:
If the 230 Vac, 5 A fuse fits in the power supply fuse holder, yes, you can use it.

The 230 Vac indicates the rated maximum circuit voltage that fuse can be used on. So, the 230 Vac fuse will work fine on a 110 Vac circuit, but not vice versa.

Be sure the current rating remains the same (5 A), and try to keep the same 'speed' of fuse if possible (i.e. Slow Blow), though this is not quite so critical at this power level.
Yes, if it will fit. Using a higher rated voltage is harmless.
Yes you can.The amps are the same but you would not want to use a 110v on a 220 v circuit.
NO NO NO NO NO!!!

A 5A/230V fuse is NOT the same as a 10A/115V fuse. That will allow twice as much power to flow through the wire as the wire is rated for. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THING.
Yes. Using a fuse or breaker that's
either overrated in voltage or underrated
in current doesn't hurt anything.
Particularly since domestic supply
is the only place 220 VAC is even used.
