Does anyone have the blueprint of wheelchair? if not where can you find it?

For what purpose? If you want to make one yourself, it will be a lot easier and cheaper just to buy one.

I am developing my own wheelchair, for I find the current designs flawed in one way or another. The one I am currently using, though more advanced than the one my dad built for me when I was younger, does not give me the freedom to express myself, like I would like.

For instance, it is EXTREMELY difficult to "pinch a loaf" if I am in a bind. The design I am working on will allow me to defecate straight into a holding chamber, that I can dispose of at a later time.or release into the grass if I am outside.
