Were the pyramids of Egypt constructed of poured concrete (primitive form of...) stone blocks?

Answer:
It's definitely natural limestone.

1. If you actually go there and walk up to the face of the blocks, you'll see (especially if you are a geologist) that they are natural limestone blocks.

2. They found the quarry where the blocks were made. Chemical analyses have been performed that prove (as in forensic proof for a court of law) the limestone in the quarry is the same as the blocks.
