Which Do u think is a better college-HBTI(Kanpur) or YMCA(Faridabad)?

considering- I hav got Civil in HBTI and Electrical in YMCA and I am a resident of Lucknow

hbti is a top college of UPTO.
i think you have got rank around 1000.
only the top rankers of UPTO can get addmision in this college.
HBTI ,Kanpur is known to many persons outside kanpur .I don't know about ymca.
