Can I use a window air conditioner inside the sleeve through my wall?
If I remove the housing on the window a/c and stick it in the wall, that should work properly, right? What do you think?

maybe, but you'd have to make an air and insect proof seal around it.Make sure you measure it up before you do anything to see if it will fit for youre. Also, make sure it has a slight tilt towards the outside, or the discharge water off the condensor will leak into the wall or even into the house.

If it's a condensating window a/c unit then water is going to drip from it down into your wall causing all kinds of major problems for you. Window units are meant to be put in windows with the back of the unit tilting downwards slightly so that it can drip outside. If it's a large unit (usually a 220) then it also must be supported or it can rip your window right on out and fall to the ground. The smaller 110 units do not need to be supported.
i will work but you wouldn't like the results of it...
why not install it as window A/C and customize an airduct into the blower of the AC to room you like.
i try other posibilities... like trading it to your neigbhor?
