Does anybody know how to make a psi ball?

cause everytime i try i get nothing.. i need like someone who actually knows what their doing please help!!

Answer:
You can't make something that isn't real.
It shouldn't surprise you that you're getting nothing, because Psi balls are figments of the imagination.
Take a football, add air pressure to about 30 pounds per square inch...you have a ' psi ' ball.
