I cannot join in Eng.-tips.com discussion forum. What may be the resons?

I tried to join in Eng-tips.com . But eventhough I filled all columns in the request form successfully, the forum says still there is some registration problem.

Answer:
Click "Contact Us" at the top right of the Eng-Tips screen and select "Support." Send them an email describing your registration problem.

I am having the same issue. I've emailed several of the different support conacts on Eng-Tips numerous times over a month and have yet to receive any response.

I would love to be part of Eng-Tips, but I am beyond frustrated at trying to join!!
