Since a very efficient method of transforming trash into oil is available & not yet known how can it be used?

The way to transform trash into oil is very efficient if good engineering is applied to the problem so why not use the good sense you were born with and eliminate the need for landfills?

Trash isn't converted to oil. It takes a very long time for matter to decompose into fossil fuels.

Trash of biomass can be directly combusted to produce energy. Because biomass has carbon it can be used directly as a fuel.
