How long is the normal life span of power plant (coal,oil and gas)?

I am currently conducting a feasibility study on power plant extension.Please provide references.Thank you.

Answer:
The normal life span for thermal power plant ( for the feasibility report purpose) is 30 years . Much depends upon operation and maintenance in practice.
it actualy depends on the ways it is maintained and used
usually it 20 years or so
