What metal or coating (on metal) is most resistant to sandblasting or errosion from sand?

Answer:
Look for metals that have high "abrasion resistance". Abrasion is the industry standard term that sandblasting falls under.

For excellent abrasion resistance, check out tungsten carbide. Be aware that it will be incredibly difficult to machine or grind the metal, due to its extreme abrasion resistance. For this reason it's generally used for cutting tools and bearings, but is also used in scratch-resistant applications like watch bands and rings.
Anodized Aluminum
carbide is gonna be your best bet since you probably aren't looking for an awesome finish and not a tight tolerance or maybe try using a different material all together or even try breaking corners i could better help you if i knew the full extent of your problem
