Can you further grind neodymium magnetic powders?

My lab has a sample of neodymium magnetic powder made by Magnequench (MQP-S-11-9). However, its average grain size is too big for our application. Is it possible for us to grind the sample down into a finer powder? Or will such an action cause oxidation or other problems? Ideally, we would like a grain size less than 10 microns. Thanks for your help.

Answer:
Yes you can.. with the proper equipment. If moisture and other detrimental conditions are removed during the process, then there should not be any problems.

Did you inquire if the same company makes powder where the grains are let's say 5 microns? It helps to ask.
