Why ELCB used in diffrent current ratings eg: 30mA,300mA,100mA that too 30mA for domestic purpose?

this is about electrical

Answer:
Your question is 16 hours old and nobody's answered it. That might be because nobody understands your question. I've been an electrician, an electronic's technician, and an electronic's engineer and I have no idea what you want! (No offense intended.) What is an ELCB? Why is 30mA mentioned twice? You say it's about electrical, but electricians almost never use milliamps in any application. Suggest you try the same question again, but don't use abbreviations, spell it out.
