Which engineering has the best scope nowadays?

it's not about scope, it's about your own self.
follow your passion, that's the best thing.
I believe that would be astronomical engineering, such as working for NASA. They make a lot of scopes, for example the Hubble or Arecibo.

If there's another branch of engineering with a better scope than those, I don't know it.
If by scope you mean range or versatility, I believe that would be Mechanical Engineering. Mechanical engineers are often capable in electrical, aerospace, and civil engineering as well and may be hired in such a position.
