What is the average pay i England for Engineers and are salary high?
I was just wondering and what other jobs can you do to make a good pay?

The starting salary is around £25 then it goes up rapidly with experience.

what type of engineer? im a structural engineer, i build steel framed buildings... and when i get out of bed, its never for less than a weeks wages per day.
yes its obscene, but i can earn in a a day what people dont get in a week... in a week, i earn a damn sight more... and its taken me 35 years to get here...

I'm a civil engineering graduate, about to start a job in civil engineering paying £23750 a yar. That's about £12 an hour. I think the average wage for a university engineering graduate is about £22k a year, about £11 an hour.
That will of course go up with experience. In 5 year's time I should be on at least £30k.
