I will be graduating in 2008 with a Chemistry Degree, and looking to push my ranks beyond. I have not been an outstanding student during my first years at University of La Verne, but have picked up my pace and found what I want to do and yearn to strive to obtain a PhD in Chemical Engineering. I am looking for some good schools that will accept 3.0 gpa. I have excelled in biochemistry, physical chemistry, and will do the same in advanced inorganic and analytical.
Thank You
Answer:
Ask your undergraduate professors. They will give you the best evaluation of what your prospects are and what institutions would be best for you. You will need them to write your recommendations anyway, so the sooner you engage them the better. They might also be willing to halp you with what you need to do better in your final year as an undergrad to be competetive in a PhD program.
