Admission in engineering college have little to do with ur 12th class percentage. U have scored well though (76% is impressive especially by CBSE standards), but I would say that u should have scored better in AIEEE as well. I dont know from which state u r, but generally guys like to compete for NITs first and then their repective state colleges. So to get inside an NIT you must rank somewhere around 2000, which would help you to get into reputed NITs. For state colleges I believe a separate ranking is given which depends entirely on state level competition.
well 76% in PCM is fine but it really doesnt make a diffrence at all. Frankly speaking you cant think of getting a decent college with this rank , however if you have a state domicile in a state with a large no. of colleges u might get one.

i hope u gave other exams as well, check what u can get in those colleges.

The only way is to either apply for B.Sc or give donation to an engineering college, if it's ready to take.
