Anyone that has problems concerning items that can be improved?

If we can put a man on the moon, why is still so hard to change the drive belt on an everyday vacuum?
Why can't zippers, like on jeans, be designed to that long, nice fingernails aren't snagged and damaged by them?
Why is every coffee maker designed so that the swing-out grounds container can't be swung back into place without first removing the coffeepot?
Why aren't new light fixtures designed so that you don't have to do all that wiring? I know it's fairly easy. But, people would buy a LOT more light fixtures, just to change them out for variety, if they just plugged into receptacles built into the ceiling.
Why isn't it easier to come up with your own inventions?
