I am a chemical engineer. I have a complete knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration. It is usual observation that if our head and face is cooled we get relief in summer. During driving on two wheeler with helmat in hot summer is highly saffocating. To get relaxation can we fit small AC in hemmat which keeps face and head cool ? This will take solar energy / battery power to work.

use a pelter cooler and run it from the electric system of the vehicle, I have one that runs on 12V at 3A and it gets reasonably cool, and its really small and light.
I agree, use a peltier cooler. Use a water circulatory system or copper/aluminum heat conductors to get the cooling provided by the peltier equally distributed in the helmet.
