Minimum pipe length for Split Air Conditioning Unit?
The case is to install outdoor unit just right behind the wall where indoor unit located, so the pipes will be less than half meters long.
Is there potential problems arises such as oil slug to compressor, etc?

Yes, min pipe length, press drop is minimum hence compressure work is less and power will be less. This pipe length is of condenser unit. In condenser freon or any refrigerant gas is in pressurise condition and that too more than 17 kg/cm2g. You may have 0 -10 mt long piping. No issue. In fact split unit is made to seperate out compressor and condenser unit because this has noice operation and hot condition. If your pipe length is less it works as window unit. you will have noice and heat around your wall.
There is not problem of oil slug, nor cooling effect, nor power, nor maintanance.
