Engineering + MBA whats my scope?

hi... Im planning to do engineering in Information Technology and then do masters in business administration (MBA). since its a very high qualification i want to know what is the best kind of work i can get after that? and how will the pay be?

Answer:
The best work would be IT consulting, which is like management consulting, and sometimes part of the same firms. Pay could easily be $120,000 at a good firm, but you work long hours and travel during the week.

However, you should have some work experience in between your engineering degree and your MBA.
I'm sure McDonalds will be knocking down your door when your done.
Many scientific software/hardware companies have the position with job title "sales engineer', who is required to possess in-depth knowledge of the product, say, a microscope and at the same time have good marketing skills to spot potential business opportunities. Some of those sales engineers have PhDs. If you do well, maybe you can be managing the sales engineer office.
