if you have any doubt about engineering ask here but not on selection of colleges it doesnot depends upon where you study it also doesnot depend upon what u study it only depends on how u study and what are your thoughts about it.
just take a college with all required fecilities.
because there are people idiot out of great colleges and genius out of small college
for eg APJ abdul kalam he didnot study in states no1 school or college he studied in a govt school without proper fecilities and Govt college MIT chennai and every citizen including me in his state feel proud of our state produing a gem
very simple. RVCE is much better. Look at their academic results and placements. You'll know for yourself. Visit the schools, talk to students and you'll find out for your self.
