I was looking at watts in relation to wind speed in hm?

I found a vertical wind mill but it does not give wattageinformation, it is 3 hm or 6 hm not the standard wattage?

Answer:
My guess is that it would be the output as either:

A - a torque (at a given rpm), or

B - an rpm (at a given torque)

Do the specs say anything about the power being at a given speed or torque? Are you sure the "hm" is not "nm" (in which case it would be newton-meters).

In either case, multiply the torque (in newton-meters) times the speed (in radians/sec) times pi to get watts

If you could provide more information, like a website, that would help answer the question
