According to the below website, Kroll's reagent is good for titanium alloys.
Distilled water - 92ml
Nitric acid - 6ml
Hydrofluoric acid - 2ml
Also, Keller's is recommended:
Distilled water - 190ml
Nitric acid - 5ml
Hydrochloric acid - 3ml
Hydrofluoric acid - 2ml
