all you really need to know is steelutilitiesonline.org (or com, I forget). It is operated by AISC, the American Institute of Steel Construction.
I've looked at a fair number of other sites and never been impressed. Either poor quality, solving problems that aren't practical, or basically an empty site.
If you're looking to buy, take a look at engineering-international.com, that fella has a wide range of spreadsheets for purchase, although I won't vouch for the quality of the spreadsheets as I make my own. Most engineers do, and you'll learn a lot making your own, by the way.
