Electronics and communications will be the good
u will have always great future.
If u r willing to go to abroad u can choose IT. If not u can choose the other 2.
cs is best because here job scope is too much then ec because it's a good branch then after IT because in this line there is so many rush for job (in outside india also)
i think it depends on you,means u hav to decide vich trade to opt 4 according to your interest.cs nd ec r both good choices.IT must b 2nd preference.so make ur mind,nd all the best 4 your career..
EC will be the better option since it will give more options for your higher studies. More over you will have a better chance of a campus selection since EC is compatible with maximum number of jobs.
In my opinion it is better to take electronics and communication engg because in this field you get exposure to both computer related knowledge and telecommunication (which is definitely a vast area of growth in present times).
Also in future if you do not like hardware related activities,then with background of electronics and telecoms,you can migrate to any decent IT job.

It's not which is best.. every field has it's own potential. If u really study hard u can get success in which ever stream of engineering
EC(Elect & Communci) it's the best stream but though too, u have to be regular if u want good mark
IT and Comp Sci are one and the same in toughness wise but easier than EC.
if u want to get into software field u can any of the above,if u want electronic field u must take EC
