What is the strongest metal profile / section? In terms of bending?

I want to use a 20feet pole to hang up some heavy fish net as a curtain for a large area.. So I let to know what type of metal section should best be use, so that it wont bend.

Answer:
the strongest section use as pole, post or column are circular or circular hollow section because it can resist stress and force in any direction.
I don't think this is about stress but about bending, and in my experience, and since you have a force in only one direction - namely down - I would use a "I -shape" (aka "H-shape", aka "double-T" ) for this purpose.
It must be for a good reason that this shape is used in construction for beams to hold up ceilings and for engineered wooden trusses, rather than a hollow pipe..
Material? You can't be too fuzzy here, it might be already a challenge to get the shape, small and light enough for your purpose.
