What is the constraints of technical communications?

Answer:
Usually, technical communication is meant for two audiences - a technical audience and a non-technical audience. Most of the time, especially in business, the non-technical audience will be making the decision about your communication, whether it be a business proposal, a proposal for a new device, or just an analysis of part of their business. So, the technical writer must not make the document too complicated so as to confude the layman. At the same time, the writer must include enough technical information to satisfy other experts. This is what makes technical writing so difficult.
