How would you rank the top 15 universities for undergraduate engineering in California?

I am trying to decide what university to go to and which ones have the best programs. I don't care that much about the university as a whole, I only care about their engineering program, or more specifically, their civil engineering undergraduate program. I haven't applied yet but I will in a few months and I am trying to get the most information possible.
If you have a source please state it.

Answer:
For a BS in Civil Engineering, I would say that UC Berkeley is probably #1.

Other California schools with good civil engineering programs that I am aware of include (in no particular order):

UC Davis
Cal-Poly San Louis Obispo
UCLA
USC
San Diego State
San Jose State

Good luck.
every year the magazine us news and world report has an excellent article on best college programs. check it out. california has many excellent schools. civil engineering is a very broad field containing construction, water quality, hydraulics/hydrology, transportation (airport, rail), soils among other disciplines. check them out. good luck.
