The type that make good decisions and take responsibility for their actions. Those who know that their success rests in their own hands and not in anyone else's. Those who do not blame others for their problems, but instead tackles them head on with the intent to solve them. Those who, no matter what they do, try to do their very best in everything they attempt. Those who do not let others tell them who they are or who they should be. Those who change for themselves, not others. They don't quit, they don't whine, they don't run.

If succeeding in life means staying alive, then generally all living girls are successful.
Succeeding in wealth or happiness is another matter entirely.
A girl who either stays moral or takes a pill and doesn't get pregnant before she gets out of high school.
Gets an education where she can actually get a job and then spends it wisely. Doesn't use drugs, alcohol, tobacco or sex.
Or run around with wild boys who get drunk and drive fast.
She saves her money and buys her own place to live and doesn't depend on a man to come bail her out.
Like the cinderella syndrone. There are no prince charmings.

Well, I don't think this question should be generalized to just girls. However- anyone, guy or girl who is motivated, determined and independent. Independent should be the key word pertaining to girls especially, if you want to be particular.

Well, the girls that go to church, dress up nice, are pretty, nice and kind, don't go out and have sex before marriage, they're not nasty, they are smart, don't smoke (usually), and study and actually want to succeed.
It's easy to succeed in life as long as your goals are low :)
